3G牌照提前发放刺激内需
一句话推起了一个板块。
11月18日,中国联通董事长常小兵在澳门演讲时表示,相信政府会加快3G牌照发放,并希望于年底可成为现实。受此刺激,11月19日和20日,通信板块连续两天上涨。
电信运营商、设备制造商、手机厂家乃至股市的投资者皆摩拳擦掌,以分食3G蛋糕。然而,到底哪些上市公司获益最大？中国联通、中兴通讯(000063,股吧)还是ST大唐？
提前发放3G牌照刺激内需
与常小兵发言一起流传的,还有工业和信息化部(以下简称工信部)的举动。工信部电信管理局近日向各省电管局和相关单位下发了一份征求意见文件,征求主题包括3G牌照发放时间、号码携带等重大事项的初步意向。
该意见文件建议说,年底前完成对TD、WCDMA、CDMA2000三大3G标准在国内运营牌照的发放。
两条消息刺激之下,通信股立时成市场新贵。
11月19日,通信板块全线飘红,中国联通、中兴通讯、ST大唐、上海普天(600680,股吧)、烽火通信(600498,股吧)纷纷涨停,通信板块上涨9.72%,而同期上证指数涨幅为6.05%。
20日,通信板块盘中一度上涨幅度超过4%,无奈下午涨势乏力,收盘时涨0.68%,依旧好于上证指数下跌1.67%的表现。沪市46家股价涨停股票中,通信类公司就占了10家。
